We at Schadowrider are extremely excited about many new equipment additions to our residential Studio at Eagle's Rest, but way at the top of our list is a new Seiler 180 grand piano. First-rate piano technician and Seiler dealer, Chris Glattley of Glattley Pianoforte in Canandaigua, NY, is currently working with us to fine tune the voicing on the piano and find it's ideal placement in the studio recording space, but it already sounds amazing and is an absolute wonder to play.
Our plan is to trade this up fairly quickly to a larger piano (currently considering a Seiler 208 grand piano, although we'd love to manage being able to get a Seiler 248 or other similar sized concert model), but in the meantime, we're thrilled to have such a well-crafted instrument grace our facility.
